Personal opinion.

These coincidences are, in my opinion, too numerous to not be seen with great suspicion, besides this place is controlled by the United States, a country that has held the world power since World War II, therefore it has been revealed some secrets. Even now there are people who have paid a lot of money for exposing the mysteries of Plum Island.

Maybe some of the events described previously are only a conspiracy theory or just hearsay. But, on the other hand, I think there may be the possibility that these events are real because of the evidence, and I think the more certain evidence are the cases of disease that have ocurred near this mysterious island, and also the interviews that have been made to some employeers, and even victims of experiments of this laboratories. 

It is true that the research program of the laboratories has very low standars of safety and levels of biosecurity, because they have revealed cases of sick workers who where denied medical assistance from their employers. 

Finally, I think if all this is true, and taking into account that Plum Island is not the onle place that has laboratories for this purposes, it must be a future plan of population reduction caused by a biological war which is in the hands of perverse minds that has the world power.

Teleportation?

There´s something more: Mind control projects and supposed tests to teleport people and even large warships. Everything happened in the early 70's, close to Plum Island, specially in Montauk Air Force Base.

The protagonist of this was Preston B. Nichols, who told the details of a massive mind control program that he discovered and later investigated for over a decade.



Apparently, this project succeeded thanks to an antenna located in the database, which emitted a serie of waves whereby, supposedly, it was possible to manipulate the human mind. 

The program allowed a group of gifted physics to increase their capabilities to the point that reached to alter the space time and, therefore, traveling to the past and even change the course of historical events. 

Conspiracy theories.

Plum Island has been the subject of many controversies and conspiracy theories. Some say that on this island is developed biological weapons on animals and african people. 

In January of 2010 the New York Post reported a disturbing event. On a beach of Plum Island appeared corpse with something that caught the attention of the police: his fingers were abnormally long for a human. "Police on Long Island said an autopsy determined the partially descomposed body was that of a black male about 6 feet tall with  large build and very long fingers", said the NYP. 

It is said that they do experiments with animals and humans to reach a level of mutation by combining the DNA of more than two species, and also that there are viruses that humanity have never known and apparently, would be used in the "third world war". 

What hides Plum Island?

It is known that the US places its most sensitive facilities in sparsely populated or unpopulated areas or desert islands preferably, as in the present case.

Plum Island Animal Disease (PIAD), an institution with apparent Nazi past and its allegedly linked with bioweapons and genetic experiments, and also involved in the discovery of animal bodies or people with unusual deformities.

Some say that probably American Nazis used the area for meetings, and the German Nazis landed saboteur teams there during World War II. Also, infectious diseases such as West Nile virus entered US territory precisely because of serious flaws in the premises of Plum Island, which proved it off incredibly permeable to possible terrorist actions.

What is Plum Island?

Plum Island is an island located in the Atlantic Ocean, exactly in the Town of Southold in Suffolk County, New York in the United States. This place was named from the plums that grow along the coasts. 

Since 1659 this place has passed through the possession of more than twenty families. In 1899, after the Spanish American War, the island was bought in its totality by the United States, and the U.S. Army in 1897 set up a Coast Artillery there, called Fort Terry.

In this island is located the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC) which was established by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in 1954.
